Terms of Service
Last updated June 11, 2026
What Eudicot is
Eudicot is a desktop GIS application with an AI copilot built in. The application itself is free to use. Paid plans cover the copilot, which answers questions and runs analyses against the data you load. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eudicot is in early access. Features will change, sometimes quickly, and the occasional rough edge is part of the deal right now.
Your account
- Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per account. Demo and classroom accounts are granted at our discretion.
- Give us accurate information, and keep your email reachable so receipts and security notices land.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of copilot messages. Pro is $20 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Message allowances reset monthly and unused messages do not roll over. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
- Use Eudicot lawfully and only with data you have the right to use.
- Do not probe, overload, or circumvent the service, its limits, or its security.
- Do not resell, share, or programmatically harvest copilot access.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where practical we will warn you first.
Your data and content
Your data is yours. Your geospatial files stay on your computer, and anything the copilot produces from your data (maps, analyses, layers) belongs to you. You give us only the narrow permission needed to operate the service: relaying your copilot messages and data context to our AI provider to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
About AI output
The copilot is a statistical model, not a licensed surveyor, analyst, or lawyer. It can be wrong, and confidently so. Verify results before you rely on them for decisions that matter, especially decisions affecting safety, money, or compliance. AI output is provided as a starting point, not professional advice.
Warranties and liability
Eudicot is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Eudicot and delete your account at any time by writing to hello@eudicot.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change is significant we will update the date above and say so plainly. Continuing to use Eudicot after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@eudicot.app.
